The management company’s office is open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. After regular hours, including weekends and holidays, an answering service will contact the staff in case of an emergency. The after hours emergency number is 516 692 3731. Any requests to the Board of Directors for non-emergency items that require attention must first be emailed to Alexander Wolf and Company. Alexander Wolf will notify the Board of Directors of the request.
Homeowners must provide up-to-date contact information to Alexander Wolf and Company, Inc. to ensure they receive all communications.
Copies of current Homeowners’ Insurance and Flood Insurance policies must be sent to Alexander Wolf and Company each year. This is discussed in the Declarations of Covenants, Restrictions, Easements, Charges and Liens in more detail.
