The management company’s office is open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. After regular hours, including weekends and holidays, an answering service will contact the staff in case of an emergency. The after hours emergency number is 516 692 3731. Any requests to the Board of Directors for non-emergency items that require attention must first be emailed to Alexander Wolf and Company. Alexander Wolf will notify the Board of Directors of the request.
