Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is elected by residents in accordance with the Captain’s Walk Bylaws. The 2022-2023  Board of Directors is as follows:

Meetings of the Board are held regularly and summaries of those meetings are available on this website. Town Hall meetings are open to all homeowners and are held throughout the year.

If you are unable to attend the Town Hall Meetings and would like to be kept informed and participate, we have established a Conference Call system you can access by dialing 515-739-1285 and, when prompted, entering access code 324626. Please inform any member of the Board if you would like to do this to enable the proper equipment to be in place.

Correspondence addressed to the Board should be sent to Alexander Wolf & Co. for review at the next scheduled Board meeting.
