• Met with Caryn Meyers Esq & Charles Incandella of Alexander Wolf & Co to discuss the transition and review and update both on community matters
Homeowner matters/requests
• Unit #11 – request to install generator
Finance:
• Cash balances as of Dec16 2020
• Review Nov 2020 Income Statement
• Review Reserves as of Nov 2020
Buildings & Grounds:
• Status on Dock repair including lighting – still ongoing
Landscaping:
Pool and Snow Removal:
• Discuss preparedness for snow
Clubhouse:
• Closed during COVID
