  • Review Oct 2020 Income Statement

Buildings & Grounds:

  • Status on Dock repair including lighting – unexpected problem: tie rods needed to be replaced and sand excavated to install new boardwalk properly – project expected to be completed by the end of November
  • Discuss safety and securing project area – put up tape at bridges
  • Status of removal of bushes/landscaping located at gatehouse exit – to be completed by the end of November
  • Discuss Fencing replacement – on hold for now
  • Discuss install of Clubhouse generator – on hold for now 

Landscaping:

  • Landscape & Snow Removal contract with Giannini approved
