Buildings & Grounds:
- Status on Dock repair including lighting – unexpected problem: tie rods needed to be replaced and sand excavated to install new boardwalk properly – project expected to be completed by the end of November
- Discuss safety and securing project area – put up tape at bridges
- Status of removal of bushes/landscaping located at gatehouse exit – to be completed by the end of November
- Discuss Fencing replacement – on hold for now
- Discuss install of Clubhouse generator – on hold for now
