Homeowner Matters/Requests

Community Survey to be conducted in the Spring. To be comprehensive re finances, spending limits, use of reserves, rules and regulations, management company, parking.

Doodle can be used for survey platform.

Discussion of who will create survey questions.

Buildings and Grounds

Fence on East Side is partially down again.  Touchstone to fix the existing chain link fence. 

Touchstone to get estimates for different types of fencing to replace east side fence.

Pool and Snow Removal

Review procedure for opening/closing gate for snow removal.

Touchstone to confirm that Giannini is in charge of opening & closing gates.

Landscaping

Holiday decorations have been stored in gatehouse.  New Christmas tree has been purchased.

Finance

Reviewed December 19 management report.

Instruct Touchstone to not charge late fees for January payments which did not reflect increase in monthly maintenance fees.  Payment books arrived after payments were due.

Clubhouse

Board needs more information regarding the proposals for security cameras in the clubhouse.

Bob Kant to look into proposal for 2 cameras, with hard drive.

Communications

Give all Board Members access to HOA Website.

Date for Spring Town Hall to be decided.
