Homeowner Matters/Requests/Legal Matters
Thorough discussion of community rules and how to enforce them. Violators will receive letters from Touchstone as a first step.
A community survey will be conducted in the Spring of 2020.
Buildings and Grounds
John Raines has been contacted to conduct repairs on dock damage. Board is gathering information and materials for possible replacements to deck areas.
Giannini will be contacted to be sure they have all appropriate codes to open and close gates in the event of snow.
East Side fence needs additional repairs.
Finance
Board reviewed 2020 Budget Proposal prepared by the Board President, agreed on spending targets, the reserve analysis, and a monthly maintenance increase of $50 effective January 1, 2020.
Clubhouse
Board needs more information regarding the proposals for security cameras in the clubhouse.
Neal Kilbane to pursue obtaining archival Captain’s Walk photographs from previous President.
Minutes for November 10 Board meeting and November 24 Town Hall meeting approved.
