Brian Arellano provided proof of notice of the meeting.  Reports of officers and committees was waived due to message sent to whole community by President Neal Kilbane on 9/9/19.

Waived reading of minutes from 2018 annual meeting since they were provided to all residents in their voting packets.

As votes and proxies were being submitted, guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and drinks.

Votes were received from 20 of 26 homes in total.  Proxies were received from units 1, 2, 7, 8, 10, 15, 16, 20, 22, 23, 24.

Kathleen McLaughlin and Ann O’Neill were appointed to be inspectors.

Votes were counted privately.  Amy Rosenthal, Susan Licalzi, and Bob Kant were reelected to the Board, for two year terms.  The only other candidate, Duane Albro, did not receive enough votes to qualify.

Due to the absence of Susan Licalzi for medical reasons, the new Board has not yet convened.  That will happen in the next week or so when she is well enough to participate.

Dates for future meetings to be decided when Board convenes.

A number of matters were brought up for discussion by members of the community, including new ideas for boardwalk materials when the current boardwalk needs to be replaced, more frequent and careful monitoring of boardwalk and bridges for dangers, questions about the July 4 accident which damaged the boardwalk and the status of repairs, following up on paint warranty, discussion of stucco conditions,  and amending By-Laws to place financial limits on how much Board can spend without specific approval of community.  There was an informal review of pool attendance and procedures under AquaTech.

Brian Arellano was asked to review procedure for submitting and following up work orders by homeowners.

Meeting adjourned.
