Minutes from March 2, 2019 HOA Board meeting approved.
Administrative & Finance:
Review management report from Touchstone
Homeowners will be contacted by phone if their payment is late; If they get two months behind they will receive a letter from Touchstone. If it goes beyond three months the Board will be consulted re further action.
Status of year end financial statement and tax return President indicated he would try to obtain year end statement in time for Town Hall meeting May 21

Fence repairs – East side & West side fences
Dock repairs: Touchstone & Board members to inspect entire dock to assess needed repairs
Community Inspection: Spring inspection to be completed by Touchstone & President
Gatehouse – Blind replacement complete
Lighting – enhance lighting at entry way: to be discussed during walk through
Clubhouse C.O. Board agreed to go forward with expediter.
Bill Dymond to repair road cracks
Touchstone to arrange for road markings to be painted over with black paint
Board agreed to go forward with survey of East side property line Landscaping:
Spring, Fall, & winter plantings: approved
Tree & bush plantings: approved
Pool area: add some plants in pots around pool area

Irrigation contract signed for opening the system on May 14, 2019 Irrigation services to look specifically at system servicing Unit 18 area.
If homeowner doesn’t like how property looks after Giannini services or cleans up, they should take photos of what they object to and send to Touchstone.

We are on schedule to open pool May 25. Weekends only 12-6 pm.
June 22 – September 2 daily coverage will be from 12-6 pm.

Status of Aquatech takeover: All improvements to operate pool properly to be completed by 4/24/19
